Portrait Sessions

I offer several styles of portrait session to suit the needs of clients, with features and prices listed below. Each photo received through my sessions is individually edited to enhance color, style, and additional aspects by request. All package prices listed cover the the session as well as all post-processing — any additional fees will depend on specific circumstances. To get a taste of my work, please feel free to browse my public Portraiture gallery!


Headshots — $60

Basic, affordable, and professional headshots (torso and up) that make a great addition to your profile or portfolio. The headshot package includes:

  • 30-minute session
  • One area/location
  • 10+ complete photos

Note: An additional equipment transport fee of $10 may be applied depending on location and lighting conditions.


Standard Portraits — $120 (plus optional add-ons)

An affordable yet inclusive portrait package great for high school seniors, couples, or anyone simply looking for a diverse and professional set of personal photos:

  • 45 to 90 minutes per location
  • One base location, plus additional locations for $10 each
  • Outfit changes, personal props (such as instruments)
  • Multiple people for $40 per person
  • 20+ complete photos
  • A smaller set of black-and-white edits

Note: For standard portraits, all of Northwestern's Evanston campus is considered one location. Outfit changes are dependent on spaces available for private changing. An additional equipment transport fee of $10 may be applied depending on location and lighting conditions.


Graduate Portraits — $90* (plus optional add-ons)

***Graduation photo sessions are at capacity for the 2024 season! Contact for openings.

Available April 1 through June 10 in the Evanston/Chicago area.

A discounted package available exclusively to college and high school graduates, with similar offerings to the Standard package:

  • 45 to 90 minutes per location
  • One base location, plus one additional location available for $8
  • Cap and gown as primary outfit
  • 30+ complete photos
  • A smaller set of edited black-and-white edits
  • *Additional graduates will increase the total cost by $35 per person. Numbers over 4 may require additional fees.

Note: Like with standard portraits, all of Northwestern's Evanston campus counts as one location. Regalia is meant to be featured in this package but can definitely be taken off and/or combined with other outfit options for a wider variety of shots at no extra cost. An additional equipment transport fee of $10 may be applied depending on location and lighting conditions.


Events, Shows, and Other Photographic Needs

Standard rates begin at $70/hour, plus fees*

Booking is now available for various events, theatrical productions, and  performances! Simply reach out and we can discuss your event, pricing, and logistics independently to ensure I can get you the photos you need. My experience with large-group events and past technical involvement in theatre helps streamline the process of delivering specialized results straight to you, worry-free. Whether it's to capture important moments, to promote your production/performance, or both, I can always promise professional and affordable results. 

*Event fees include a $40 base fee to cover equipment costs and transportation unless the event is hosted on the Northwestern Evanston campus – hourly rates may vary depending on the type of event and scale. Please contact me to discuss options!

Scheduling

As a student, my availability is largely seasonal.  

For clients at Northwestern University, in Evanston, or in the Chicago area, I am typically available from mid-September to early-December and mid-January to mid-June (as my academic schedule allows).

For clients in or near Williamsport, PA, I am sometimes available from mid-June to mid-September.

When scheduling a session, we'll discuss all locations, add-ons, and additional requests beforehand and select a date and time best for your needs. Please be aware that outdoor sessions are highly dependent on optimal weather for comfort, safety, and lighting, so short-notice changes may occur.


Finalized photos are individually edited and delivered online. Previews of pictures both during the session and during my editing process are available (and encouraged) by request for your satisfaction. Requests such as RAW format photos or delivery on physical storage such as a flash drive are possible, but may include an additional fee.

Professional prints from sessions exclusive for clients are available in a wide variety of sizes and formats; please contact me personally for information on pricing and options.


Payments

Payments for portrait sessions can be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check. Prints ordered directly from the print gallery will be charged directly through PayPal—custom print orders for portraits or additional mounting can be paid directly through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Event deposits and portrait session payments can be made any time prior to the event or session.
